He is a lawyer with thirty-one years of professional practice. Writer, author of The Secret Parchment and Heartbreak, Searches and Reunions, wonderful books where he dedicates to reflecting his deep work as a researcher, practitioner and student of the human spirit through the discipline of yoga and meditation.

For decades he has been a teacher of yoga and disciplines of personal growth. He is frequently invited to speak at international conferences and study centers. He is initiated into various branches of yoga by respected international teachers such as Swami Satyananda Saraswati, a direct disciple of Sri Swami Muktananda, from Kashmir, India. He teaches personal growth workshops in various parts of the world.

He professionally trained as a teacher at Sivananda Vedanta. He has deepened his training in philosophy, yoga, and meditation with various teachers such as Daniel Odier, Swami Satyananda Saraswati, and Guillermo Ferrara, among many others. He has traveled to India several times to drink directly from the original source. He learned the secrets of yoga from Yogiraj Rakesh Yogi during many Indian sunrises at his home in Varanasi. He also received training in the International Yoga Federation and in schools of India, such as the Aurobindo Ashram, of Ramana Maharsi and Tantric Shivaism of Kashmir in Tiruvanamalai, also in the School of Amma and Osho in Puna.

Currently he teaches classes at his institute. He frequently writes and contributes to specialized magazines as an authority on the subject. Angel is also a photographer and exhibited his artistic work from his travels to Africa, in various art galleries and museums with almost half a million attendees.
